Last week, we talked about a few basic yoga moves that give your ab routine a boost. And while those are awesome, if you're looking to go to the next level and really give yourself a challenge, here is a video for you! This routine from Tara Stiles, a super cool yoga instructor in New York City, is perfect combination of yoga and Pilates. You will build core strength and trim your tummy -- just follow along with this five minute video a few times a week!
